Saturday, November 2, 2024, was a great day for Vincent from SBB Transport. He was able to pick up his new Scania S with the 530 hp V8 engine. The rigid truck and trailer first went to CCH. After that, Niek and his team from Super 97 Custom Builds took care of the truck styling. Niek purchased the parts through Go-in-Style. Curious to see everything that has been fitted to this Scania? The four-axle Scania is fitted with a Trux bullbar, the Offroad variant. Because of the support leg at the front of the cab, Niek had to modify the brackets. As a result, the bullbar sits slightly higher on this truck than usual. In the rack, just like on the roof bar, Strands Ambassador Full LED spotlights have been mounted.

The rigid truck, which can also be shortened and even used as a tractor unit, is fitted with switchable LED marker lights.

On the roof spoiler, we see a switchable smoked dual-burner from Omnius. Additionally, four 95 cm Nedkings have been mounted on the roof, equipped with an Omnius wiring kit. The skylights were removed, and the openings were closed using Turbo Truckparts stainless-steel skylight covers. This created space for a 150×30 cm Classic lightbox. The 40 cm deep Fox Parts sun visor, fitted with five switchable sun visor lamps, completes the roof setup.

The headlights are fitted with eyebrow covers and switchable daytime running lights. Original Scania mudflaps hang beneath the bumper. And of course, the Talmu light couldn’t be left out ;)

For signaling, the new Ledson Optoguard Protector was chosen. An LED lightbar available in three different lengths. Here, the 138.8 cm version was selected. Vincent can operate the bar using the Ledson wireless remote control, which even displays the chosen flash pattern, super handy!
