Terms and conditions of TLC Holland BV
We advise you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions so that you are aware of your rights and obligations under the Agreement between you and us. In these Terms and Conditions, you are referred to as the Customer. For convenience, we use the masculine form, but wherever “he” is used, “she” is also implied.

- the combination of the Customer’s username and password used to place an order on the Website;
- Customer
- the natural person and/or legal entity that places an order on the Website;

- the private limited company TLC Holland BV, having its registered office and principal place of business at Leije 16, 5422 VB Gemert.
- Agreement
- the agreement between the Customer and TLC Holland BV concluded via the Website, under which the Customer purchases the Product from TLC Holland BV;
- Product
- a product offered on the Website by TLC Holland BV;
- Privacy Statement
- the privacy statement of TLC Holland BV, which can be found on the Website;
- Website
- the website of TLC Holland BV on which the Product is offered;
