Complaints
We do everything we can to ensure that every customer is satisfied. If there is unexpectedly a complaint, please contact us. You can call or email us, and we will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied too.
Complaint about delivery: damaged parcel received.
If you receive a parcel with visible damage from the carrier, please ask the driver to make a note of the condition of your parcel.
If the product or the parcel is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we ask that you inform us of this within 5 days of receiving the shipment via service@go-in-style.nl.
We cannot guarantee compensation if you contact us after 5 days, as we will no longer be able to hold the carrier liable.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please send us the following information:
- Order number and delivery date
- Photos of the shipping box and label
- Photos of the products
- Any additional relevant information
Warranty
All purchased items are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item is defective or does not function properly, please contact us. We’re happy to help you further!
We do not provide a warranty on the following:
- Custom products
- Paintwork
